We know that you are excited about your purchase, so we begin processing orders immediately after payment confirmation.
ALL orders including Local Pickups are processed in the order in which they were received. Processing and Handling range from 7-14 business days excluding US CALENDAR HOLIDAYS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are handled slightly differently. Once your shipping country is approved by the US government and there are no restrictions the aforementioned information will also be applicable to your order.
We utilized FedEx/DHL for International shipping. A physical address is required. International shipping can take 6-10 business days before your package is delivered, due to varied customs regulations determined by your country.
The customer is responsible for paying any international customs fees or import duties required upon delivery. These charges are not within our control and we have no way of determining what they may be. Customs policies/ fees vary widely from country to country. For more information, we suggest contacting your local customs office.
Occasionally, we will offer free shipping on orders $350.00 and greater.
To ensure that there are no mishaps or delays with your order please verify your shipping address before the order is submitted. We do not take responsibility for items that are delivered to an incorrect address unless it was an error on our behalf.
If your package was marked undeliverable by USPS and returned to us, there will be a merchandise credit voucher sent to you via email.
Orders containing a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review and approval by companies discretion. In this instance, the customer will be contacted.

We Do Not accept returns! If you would like to exchange your merchandise please contact us so that we may determine item eligibility. We will only accept items at our discretion and or in the event of special circumstances. If accepted exchange transaction must be done within 5 days NO EXCEPTIONS! please include the original packaging when sending it to us, otherwise, the request will be rejected and you will no longer be able to exchange your merchandise. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING FEES.
When we receive your item that you would like to have replaced for another, we will examine them thoroughly before replacements are shipped to you.
We are NOT responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of Driangelic Dolls because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or specialist at coloring hair extensions that is why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring services.
